The sooner the better. The evidence consistently shows that individuals who start "prehab" before surgery and begin rehab immediately following surgery recover best. At ACL Collective, we have you covered from prehab until return to play.
Yes! We are happy to meet you at whatever point in your ACL journey you find yourself and help you meet your goals for returning to sport or activity.
ACLs are our specialty. We focus on ACL rehab because it is a uniquely challenging injury to recover from and requires special focus. We also offer rehab for other lower extremity injuries or conditions on a case by case basis. Contact us and we would be happy to discuss your needs!
Yes. Non-operative management of ACL injuries is growing in popularity and it is an option that we are happy to discuss. This approach is not appropriate in every case - it is highly dependent on the individual's response to the injury and goals for return to activity.
We are an out-of-network practice, which means that we do not directly work with any health insurance companies. This allows us to provide a uniquely personalized experience for our clients. Upon request, we will provide you with the documents needed to submit for out-of-network reimbursement directly from your health insurance company according to the terms of your plan.
